Refunds and Returns

Thank you for considering placing an order with us, or for already having placed one. It is important to note that as we custom print each order individually, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error with the product.

We strongly advise consulting the size chart provided for each product to ensure you choose the correct size. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns for changes of mind or incorrect sizing choices.

Rest assured that every product undergoes thorough quality control checks by both the manufacturer and our printing facility staff before being shipped out, guaranteeing top-notch quality and accuracy. However, should you receive a different item than what was advertised, or if it arrives damaged or defective in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us on info@getyourown.com.au immediately so that we can assist you promptly.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged in any way, please contact us on info@getyourown.com.au and include photos of the issue.

We will start the replacement process immediately and you will not be required to send back the item.
